Terms of Use
Keepers is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. The notes below explain how it applies to Keepers. If they ever disagree with the EULA, the EULA wins.
Your videos are yours
Keepers doesn't claim any rights to the clips you import or the reels you make. They stay on your device, and you're free to use, post and sell your reels however you like.
You're responsible for having the rights to the footage and audio you use, including any music recorded in your clips, and for following the rules of the platforms you post to.
The watermark
Reels made with the free version carry a “made with thekeepers.app” mark. The Remove the watermark purchase is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It applies to reels built after the purchase, is tied to your Apple Account, and can be restored on your other devices. Payments, refunds and Family Sharing eligibility are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
How the selection works
Keepers picks moments automatically from measurable signals: speech, faces, motion and picture quality. It's a tool to get you a good first cut quickly. It doesn't guarantee that the result matches your taste, and it can't know what a moment means to you. Check your reel before you post it.
